Puppy Yoga
POPULAR EVENT - Register TODAY!
Join a slow flow yoga class for all levels—featuring adorable, adoptable puppies! Recommended for ages 8+. Bring your own mat (extras may be available).
Yoga Instruction by Stephanie from Soul Yoga.
Stretch, smile, and snuggle! Every class helps support our shelter animals by raising funds for their care, medical needs, and future forever homes.

Flash Tattoo Fundriaser
Join us June 5th, 6th, and 7th for a special fundraising flash tattoo sale benefiting Adopt-A-Pet of Fenton! We’re excited to partner with Chamerican Ink for this fun community event supporting the rescue animals in our care as they wait for loving forever homes. Flash books will be available to view in person only, with tattoo prices starting at just $25. This is a walk-in, cash-only event — come support rescue animals and leave with some amazing new ink!

Bourbon & Benevolence
Guided by Bourbon Trails & Bluegrass Tales, this evening will include 5 bourbons to taste, pairings, and light snacks. 100% of the proceeds goes directly to the animals in our care at Adopt-A-Pet, Inc. from 7pm-9pm.
Whether you're a bourbon enthusiast or just beginning your journey, a guided tasting with an Executive Bourbon Steward offers a one-of-a-kind, immersive experience into Kentucky’s most iconic spirit - all from the comfort of Adopt-A-Pet, Inc!

Ribbon Cutting & Open House
Join us for the Adopt-A-Pet Training & Enrichment Center Grand Opening on Monday, June 15th, from 5 PM–8 PM in the Training Center.
Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and beverages as we celebrate a space dedicated to helping the hundreds of dogs in our care each year. This center is designed to build confidence, teach essential skills, and give each dog the tools they need to become their very best selves and loving companions.
Adoption Events
Whether held onsite at Adopt-A-Pet or out in the community at local businesses and festivals, these events offer the perfect chance to meet and connect with adoptable pets in a relaxed, friendly setting.

Join us for Yappy Hour, 6–8pm every last Thursday of the month!
Enjoy Good Boy Vodka, caricature drawings of your pup, and the chance to adopt your new best friend from Adopt-A-Pet.

Fenton Family Nights
We’re excited to be part of the 2026 Fenton Family Nights at Rackham Park! Stop by our shelter’s info table to meet some adorable puppies, learn more about our rescue and adoption programs, and find out how you can support animals in need. We can’t wait to see you at these fun, family-friendly community events on June 11, July 16, and August 13 from 5:00 PM–8:00 PM!

Luke Day
We will have puppies for adoption at Luke Day, a family friendly event hosted by NextHome Real Estate.
3pm - 7pm @6004 Torrey Rd. Suite F
There will be a 50/50 Raffle, and other raffles with AMAZING prizes you won’t want to miss. Along with food, drinks, games and so much more! Bring any donations you can for the animals, and maybe we can help them find their NextHome!

Drinking with Dogs
Hosted at Fenton Winery & Brewery. Bring your leashed, friendly dog and enjoy a drink while they play, explore, and burn off some midweek energy! It’s the perfect mix of puppy hangout and human gathering, where familiar faces (both two and four-legged) become part of your routine.
Adopt-A-Pet, Inc. will be present with pups on July 8th and September 9th. @3pm-9pm.

Fenton Freedom Fest & Parade
Adopt-A-Pet, Inc. will be in the parade with yummy treats for our furry friends. We will also be hosting an informational table at the Fenton Cultural Community Center.
Please stop by to say hello to us and our furry friends!
The parade is at 10am, rain or shine - all are welcome to join in the fun!
